Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Production Manager (mechanical) CFC as a die maker, polymechanic or technical training deemed equivalent Confirmed experience in die stamping and good understanding of CNC machining, ideally turning Knowledge in the manufacture, maintenance and monitoring of tooling Experience in team management and leadership Field-oriented person, organized, capable of solving problems and improving processes Management of the production plan and daily organization of the workshops Supervision and support of a team Steering of die stamping, CNC machining (turning) and control activities Role as an operational right hand to the management and monitoring of priorities Resolution of technical field problems and support to teams during setups Optimization of flows, production methods and correction of malfunctions Management, monitoring and ordering of tooling necessary for production Monitoring of quality, deadlines, safety and workshop performance The advantages A key, stimulating position, with a high degree of autonomy A dynamic technical environment Good conditions jpidad31f58jm jpit0834jm jpiy26jm
