Mandate Manager Fiduciary - with potential (80–100%)

Classic Swiss fiduciary craftsmanship meets the financial world of tomorrow: At Swiss CryptoTax GmbH, we support sophisticated private individuals, start-ups, SMEs, international structures, and family offices at the intersection of traditional accounting and digital assets (crypto / blockchain).

To further expand our team, we are looking for a technically skilled personality in the fiduciary field who wants to lead their own mandates responsibly and immerse themselves deeply in the world of crypto accounting.

Important beforehand: You do not need to be a crypto expert yet.

Your foundation is classic Swiss fiduciary and tax matters. We will teach you the specific processing of crypto transactions, the handling of wallets/exchanges, and the tax peculiarities of digital assets, in direct sparring with experts in-house.

Your responsibility

• Mandate management from A to Z: You independently manage your own client portfolio, from classic SMEs to companies from the crypto and tech environment.
• Classic & modern accounting: You perform financial and payroll accounting, prepare interim and annual financial statements according to OR, and gradually take over the preparation and booking of complex crypto transaction data.
• Taxes & VAT: You prepare tax returns for legal entities, clarify sophisticated VAT matters, and accompany clients with tax and business management questions.
• Process & tool development: We do not work with outdated processes. You use modern interfaces, crypto subledger tools, and AI-supported workflows and actively help to further automate our internal processes.
• Active client advisory: You are the direct trusted person and contact for your clients.
• Leading consulting projects, contributing to specialist articles or industry events.
• Building and expanding the company, client acquisition, and company representation.

Your profile

• Sound fiduciary practice in Switzerland: You have several years of professional experience in the Swiss fiduciary industry and are proficient in financial statements, VAT, and Swiss taxes.
• Education: You possess a federal diploma (Fachausweis) in the field of fiduciary or finance and accounting (or are on your way to obtaining one / bring an equivalent practical qualification).
• Genuine interest in crypto & tech: You follow topics such as Bitcoin, blockchain, DeFi, or AI with curiosity and have the desire to build deep specialist knowledge in this area. Initial points of contact (also privately) are a plus, but not a requirement.
• Personality: you are not a manager, but a creator. You have initiative, ideas, and assertiveness. We want personalities who support and further expand our company values: meaningfulness / added value / appreciation.
• Way of working: You think entrepreneurially, have high quality standards for your own work, and communicate clearly and at eye level with demanding clients.
• Languages: Stylistically confident German as well as good English skills (as many of our crypto mandates and tools are internationally oriented).
