Your Tasks: \* Clarification of open pending items in payment transactions and ensuring a timely solution \* Analysis and processing of suspected fraud cases as well as initiation of suitable measures in cooperation with internal Fraud\- and Compliance\-teams \* Acting as a contact person for payment inquiries from financial institutions \* Participating in the optimization and automation of existing processes \* Monitoring payments to ensure they are processed correctly and on time \* Close cooperation with internal interfaces for first-class service Your Team As a payment transactions specialist, you will become part of our experienced Payments Investigation team in Opfikon.
