Chair of the Executive Board (m/f/d) Help shape a significant professional organization The Schweizerische Anwaltsverband SAV-FSA is the national professional organization of the legal profession. It represents the interests of 13,000 lawyers towards politics, authorities and international organizations, is committed to the further development of the rule of law, promotes the education and further training of its members and offers a wide range of services for the legal profession. As part of a succession arrangement, the position Chair of the Executive Board (m/f/d) is being reappointed. In this key role, with support from the executive board, you will lead the operational activities of the association and its service company. You are responsible for personnel, finance, services, events as well as professional communication internally and externally. In addition, you represent the concerns of the legal profession towards authorities, political decision-makers and international organizations and accompany relevant legislative projects. You have a Master's degree in Swiss law and are business fluent in German. You communicate with stylistic confidence in French and English. You bring leadership experience, organizational strength as well as sound knowledge in finance and corporate management. If possible, previous experience in associations, interest groups or in lobbying is required, as well as a pronounced sense for political contexts and the ability to build sustainable networks.
