Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will take on a versatile and responsible function within our HR team. You will competently accompany managers and employees in all personnel-related topics and look after your areas holistically along the entire Employee Life Cycle.

• Holistic support and advice for the assigned business units as well as the employees in the retail area in all HR-relevant topics
• Competent contact person for managers and employees along the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Responsibility for recruitment as well as accompanying entries, developments, and exits
• Ensuring professional and timely personnel administration
• Support for the Head of HR
• Responsibility for the area of basic and further education
• Active participation in HR projects and internal initiatives
• Support for the person responsible for basic vocational training in all HR-relevant topics surrounding apprentices

Profile

You are a communicative and service-oriented personality with high social competence. You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, and are characterized by discretion and a sense of responsibility.

Professional Requirements

• Completed commercial training as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (eidgenössischem Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably in a comparable function
• Sound knowledge in personnel support, recruitment, and personnel administration
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications

Languages

• French and German fluent in speaking and writing
• Good English skills
