For Banque Raiffeisen Moléson, a very well-established local bank in the south of the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a person as Senior Credit Officer (f/m), corporate client sector.

What awaits you?

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, approve or reject credit requests within the scope of assigned competencies.
• Ensure the "Back" role in the Front/Back separation for non-standard cases.
• Serve as a technical partner ("sparring partner") for client advisors on financing issues.
• Identify and explain risks, propose alternative solutions.
• Follow internal regulations and directives, guarantee their application.
• Handle business focused on real estate development financing and support Front teams in the analysis of associated risks.

Environment

• Close collaboration with Front units and Risk teams.
• Participation in projects related to the monitoring of credit operations.

What do you bring?

Confirmed experience Minimum 5 years in the analysis and validation of corporate client credits (unsecured credit, real estate financing) Technical skills Mastery of banking regulations and risk standards. Expertise in complex risk assessment. Skills in the Recovery field, an asset. Education & certifications Higher professional education or HES diploma in the banking/finance sector Soft skills Rigor, analytical spirit, critical thinking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Solution orientation and priority management.
