Job description ###

Your missions:

• Ensure hygiene, comfort, and support care for residents
• Participate in meal distribution and assistance with eating
• Accompany residents in their daily and social activities
• Ensure the well-being, comfort, and safety of residents
• Observe the general state of residents and transmit relevant information to the care team, orally and in writing
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team
• Adapt your support to the specific needs of residents in psychogeriatrics

Profile ###

Your profile:

• Recognized Nursing Assistant title in Switzerland: CFC, Red Cross certificate or recognized equivalence
• Confirmed experience in EMS in Switzerland, ideally in psychogeriatrics
• Great capacity for adaptation and good team spirit
• Sense of responsibility, empathy, and listening
• Patience and a marked interest in supporting elderly people
• Flexibility in schedules
