To strengthen our team in the order management area, we are looking for the following newly created position, starting immediately or by arrangement: Production Planner (AVOR/PPS) 80-100% (m/f/d) Your tasks: In this role, you create and control production planning based on orders, material availability, and capacities. You prioritize orders, ensure realistic planning, and ensure optimal production capacity utilization. You work daily in the ERP system (IFS), create production orders, and ensure that all relevant data such as quantities, dates, bills of materials, and workflows are correct and up to date. While orders are running, you continuously monitor the planning, recognize deviations early, and adjust priorities and processes as needed. In doing so, you work closely with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure coordinated planning. You ensure that material is available on time, initiate procurements if necessary, or coordinate with the responsible departments. Furthermore, you analyze capacity utilization, delivery reliability, and bottlenecks and contribute targeted improvements to planning and processes. In a changing environment, you actively participate in the further development of planning processes and systems. Your profile: Technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic, designer, plant and apparatus builder, or comparable) Further training as a production specialist, technician, or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
