Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

At a glance

We are looking for an experienced technical project manager to lead complex international projects in the field of hardware and software engineering for isolator systems and to ensure that customer requirements are met in compliance with GMP standards. This position combines leadership tasks, coordination, and budget responsibility in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Tasks

• Global responsibility for several parallel customer-specific isolator projects
• Leading, coordinating, motivating, and managing a multidisciplinary project team
• Ensuring expressive communication and general project coordination between all internal and external project participants
• Creating and monitoring cost and schedule forecasts during all project phases and, if necessary, initiating and communicating measures
• Preparation and leadership of customer and partner meetings, both internal and external (worldwide)
• Regular evaluation of the project status and reporting to management
• Monitoring the implementation of requirements from customers and authorities (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice as well as MRL - Machinery Directive)
• Sales support for customer inquiries including the development of technical solutions for SKAN plants
• Calculation and preparation of offers / interface function to Sales Engineering

Hardskills

• Several years of experience in the field of project management (at least 3 - 5 years)
• Experience in leading project teams in an international environment
• Proficient use of MS-Office
• Experience in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
• University / FH / HF degree
• Business fluent English. German is an advantage
