Ref. no.:  CH01238 Employment type:  Full-time Contract type:  Permanent contract WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU • You ensure the consistent compliance with all occupational safety and environmental protection specifications in your area • You are responsible for the precise setup of workstations, manual lines, and tools for a smooth manufacturing process • You guarantee the timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant processing of all manufacturing orders • If warning limits are reached on Q-control cards, you initiate immediate measures, rectify malfunctions, and ensure the flow of information • You take over the technical instruction and training of employees in equipment operation • You develop proposals for economical manufacturing processes and independently carry out rationalization trials as well as development orders • You actively support the introduction of new products and the implementation of modern processes \#LI-SS1   WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING • Successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrics or mechanics • Several years of professional and leadership experience in an industrial company, e.g., as a foreman (m/f/d) and possibly further training as an industrial master (m/f/d) or comparable • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) for the completion of administrative tasks • Knowledge in Lean Management: for process optimization and efficiency increases of work processes • German business fluent, English skills an advantage WHAT WE OFFER YOU • 40-hour week (plus 1 hr early start time for bridge days) Depending on age 5 - 6 weeks vacation • In case of illness 100% continued payment of wages up to max. 730 days • Industry-standard salary (annual external salary comparison according to function and age) • Promotion of need-based further training We need your consent to load the YouTube service! ### In order to play YouTube videos, a connection to YouTube must be established.
