Area of Responsibility

Carrying out technical quality controls on manufactured metal components based on given specifications and technical drawings

Verification of geometric properties as well as compliance with defined dimensional, form, and position tolerances

Assessment of assembled and welded components with regard to functionality, execution quality, and completeness

Organization and execution of tests during initial sampling as well as before final product release

Quality control of delivered parts, standard parts, and industrially processed components, including various surface treatments

Recording, describing, and traceable documentation of identified quality deviations, if necessary with photographic evidence

Maintenance of inspection-relevant information in the ERP system as well as execution of corresponding inventory and stock movement postings

Desired Profile

Demonstrable practical experience in technical quality inspection within an industrial production environment

Completed technical vocational training, for example as a Polymechaniker EFZ or in a comparable field

Further technical training in the field of quality assurance or quality management

Confident handling of technical inspection specifications and a strong understanding of industrial quality standards

User knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs

Good oral and written German skills

Independent, structured, and conscientious way of working with a high sense of responsibility

Strong quality awareness as well as careful handling of technical details
