As Head of the billing department, you will lead all outpatient billing activities for the Réseau de l'Arc. You will supervise a team of approximately 10 employees distributed across several sites in the Grand Chasseral / Jura bernois region. Through benevolent and close management, you guarantee efficient organization. You are the reference person for all questions relating to outpatient tariffs and support the various services of the Réseau de l'Arc in achieving their objectives. Your responsibilities Manage, support, and develop the outpatient department Organize and harmonize billing processes between the different sites and actively participate in continuous improvement Guarantee the quality, compliance, and deadlines of billing Supervision of complex cases and coordination of billing Develop quality controls and service performance indicators Be the preferred interlocutor for doctors, medical managers, and management regarding outpatient billing Ensure permanent monitoring of tariff developments Drive the implementation and evolution of tariff catalogues: TARDOC Outpatient flat rates Physiotherapy Occupational therapy Other outpatient tariffs Actively participate in institutional projects related to tariff developments Guarantee the establishment of medical fees You are recognized as a true specialist in outpatient billing and wish to put your expertise at the service of an institution in full metamorphosis.
