tasks

• your main tasks include the processing of customer orders, from order receipt to delivery and invoicing
• in doing so, you monitor the delivery dates and inform the customers accordingly
• you are also the contact person for ongoing orders, invoices as well as for complaints and returns
• the administrative support of the logistics department rounds off your versatile area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80% and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a kauffrau / kaufmann or equivalent
• professional experience in the textile industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
• basic knowledge of French and / or English will facilitate your tasks
• a routine handling of common office products and ERP systems is expected
• it is also important that you have a maximum of 1 month notice period
• do you describe yourself as customer-oriented, reliable and working independently?
