Team Leader Qualification for Job Seekers 80 - 100% # Which courses really move job seekers forward? How do we design support measures that are at the pulse of the labor market? What do people who are seeking re-entry into working life need? In the area of Qualification for Job Seekers (QuS), we actively tackle these questions. Together with external partners, we develop and coordinate a tailor-made range of measures so that job seekers can enter the working world with increased strength. As of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as a committed leader to head one of our three product teams. Your main tasks include: ### • Personnel and technical leadership of a team of 5 employees • Active participation in the strategic further development of the area as a member of the QuS management team • Technical guidance and support of employees in the conception, further development, and management of the range of labor market measures • Management and overall responsibility for the team's budget and resources • Overall responsibility for tender and award procedures • Management of projects as well as maintenance and further development of cooperation with internal and external stakeholders For this function, you bring the following profile: ### • University degree in a relevant discipline • Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function or a comparable environment, e.g., education, labor integration, public administration, non-profit, or similar • Proven conceptual and business-oriented way of thinking and working • Interest in labor market policy issues • Experience in project management or Project Cycle Management • Experience in public procurement is an advantage • Negotiation skills as well as strong communication skills • Integrative, resilient, and solution-oriented personality • Proficient German What awaits you: ### A versatile leadership function with great scope for design awaits you.
