Clerk Revenue Assurance (a) 50-70% # Clerk Revenue Assurance (a) 50-70% YOUR TASKS • Control and post-processing of patient and case data recorded by Dispo, guarantor clarification and recording • Obtaining cost guarantees (KoGu), including creation of KoGu's to cantons for out-of-canton patients (manual or eKoGu) • Obtaining information from service providers (report requests for the granting of cost guarantees, including report reminders and patience letters) • Telephone consultation of patients regarding insurance questions and insurance models • Processing and forwarding of correspondence from guarantors as well as checking tariff peculiarities in the VVG area • Support of revenue management with various inquiries (e.g., cost estimates, performance recording) YOUR PROFILE • Commercial basic training (in healthcare an advantage) • Knowledge of the insurance industry (KVG, VVG, UVG) with experience in a hospital or a health or accident insurance company • Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system • Proficient German in spoken and written form, other foreign languages desirable (English, French) • Service-oriented, team-oriented, and responsible personality • Assertiveness and high communication skills • Independent and careful way of working Would you like to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you can fully develop your strengths, your know-how and competencies?
