What you can achieve:

• Processing of external intervention orders
• Operating various technical systems in the event of a malfunction/alarm
• Cooperation with different emergency forces
• Ensuring the operational service operations of our emergency center
• Supporting uniformed front-line employees in all matters
• Various operative deployments (object controls and patrols)

What you bring with you:

• Very good German skills and oral English skills (A2 level)
• Proficient PC user skills
• High level of independence and technical affinity
• High service orientation, pronounced sense of responsibility, and goal-oriented communication
• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Experience in an emergency or alarm center of a security company is an advantage
• Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement register and criminal record extract)
• Swiss citizenship or possession of a permit C or EU/EFTA B
• Mobility (driver's license and own vehicle an advantage)
• Temporal flexibility and readiness for irregular working hours (night, weekend, 24h operation)
