Your missions As a nurse, you play an essential role in the accompaniment and care of our residents. In this capacity, you will notably be required to: * Ensure nursing care and medico-technical treatments adapted to the needs of the residents. * Accompany and support residents in activities of daily living, promoting their autonomy, dignity and well-being. * Participate in the assessment of care situations and the implementation of individualized and global management. * Identify complex situations and contribute to their management in collaboration with various professionals. * Ensure a reliable, precise and structured transmission of information, both orally and in writing. * Guarantee the quality and continuity of the care file. * Ensure, in the absence of the IC or the ICUS, the management and organization of the day within the care team, by coordinating activities, distributing tasks and ensuring the smooth running of care and the continuity of the residents' care. * Collaborate closely with the nursing and medical teams and other sectors of the institution. * Develop synergies and interdisciplinary collaboration promoting consistent management of residents. * Participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of professional practices. Your profile: We are looking for a committed, autonomous person eager to invest themselves in an evolving environment. You are: * Holder of a HES nursing diploma or training recognized as equivalent. * Beneficiary of clinical experience in geriatrics or in an EMS in Switzerland. * Comfortable in accompanying elderly people presenting complex health situations. * Complementary experience or specialization related to geriatrics is an asset. * Comfortable with IT tools used in the care field; knowledge of Carefolio is an advantage. * Rigorous in the maintenance, monitoring and improvement of the computerized care file. * Possessing a good sense of organization, autonomy and responsibility. * Recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to listen and your team spirit. * Adaptable and comfortable in an institutional context in full evolution. * Residing in the region or willing to ensure possible on-call duties and rapid on-site interventions, according to the needs of the position. * PLEX / Plaisir evaluator training constitutes an additional asset.
