You verify insurance coverage and you calculate daily allowances. You obtain written and telephone information from our customers throughout Switzerland, in German and French. You create new benefit files in the system. What you bring You have completed commercial or medical training, or you possess an equivalent qualification. You are motivated, autonomous and you know how to convey your enthusiasm. You are a true team player and you learn quickly. You demonstrate professional behavior and a pronounced sense of service. You have perfect command of German (B2) and French (C1/C2 level).
