You know the requirements of the construction industry and enjoy it when processes work, systems are further developed, and users receive good solutions.

In this versatile key position, you will take overall responsibility for our construction ERP BauBit Pro and other specialist applications in the construction sector. At the same time, you are part of our small team and participate in digital topics, projects, and the further development of our processes.

Your area of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for BauBit Pro and other specialist applications
• User support as well as support and coordination in case of malfunctions
• Further development of systems and processes
• Organization and implementation of user training
• Management of releases, tests, and documentation
• ICT on- and offboarding as well as administration of hardware and telephony
• Collaboration and support in digitalization and process projects

Your profile

• Education in the commercial or IT sector
• Sound experience in the construction and ERP environment
• Ideally experience with BauBit Pro
• Experience in application management and support
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of exchange with users
• You roll up your sleeves, think along, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
