For a real estate company with its own real estate portfolio on the right shore of Lake Zurich, we are looking for a young, motivated personality as an Architectural Drafter and Junior Site Manager (60-100 %) starting Q1 2027. You will independently plan and realize renovation and refurbishment projects within the own holdings and accompany projects from the first idea through the building application to the handover of keys.

Your tasks

• Collaboration in the Development and Construction team during the planning and implementation of diverse projects
• Preparation of project, execution, and detail plans
• Preparation and accompaniment of building applications including clarifications
• Coordination with architects, specialist planners, authorities, and contractors
• Quoting, awarding, as well as management of tradespeople and contractors
• Schedule, cost, and quality control during realization
• Independent site management of smaller construction projects until handover to the users

Your profile

• Training as an Architectural Drafter, Zeichner:in EFZ Architektur, aspiring Site Manager or comparable
• Ideally initial experience in the planning and realization of construction projects
• Understanding of architecture, construction, and structural contexts
• Entrepreneurial thinking and economic action
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Initiative, decisiveness, and enjoyment of direct contact with people
