You design the architecture of Group Finance group-wide and connect functional requirements with sustainable technological solutions. Together with Business and IT, you develop target images, architecture principles, and integration approaches for a future-proof system landscape. In doing so, you take on a central role in strategic transformations and ensure close coordination between architecture, delivery, and operations. In this way, you drive modern ways of working and strengthen cooperation across organizational boundaries. Define and further develop architecture principles, target images, and technical standards for Group Finance. Analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solution architectures. Close cooperation with stakeholders from Business, Controlling, Accounting, IT, and Governance. Accompany strategic transformation and integration projects in the group environment. Coordinate architecture topics across teams and departments. Your Skills: Several years of experience in enterprise, solution, or application architecture, ideally in a group environment. Experience in the field of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), analytical systems, and MOLAP technologies, as well as knowledge of modern DevSecOps principles with sound security and cloud know-how (ideally AWS). Very good understanding of finance and controlling processes as well as experience in complex transformation and integration projects; knowledge of Risk Management is an advantage. Holistic view of processes, systems, and organizations; ability to communicate technical and functional content in a target-group-oriented manner. Solution-oriented, reliable, and independent way of working. Strong ability for functional leadership and coordination across multiple teams. Communicative and committed personality with enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation. Very good German and English; French or Italian is an advantage.
