Public Prosecutor of Cybercrime, you are a member of the specialist group for cybercrime within the cantonal public prosecutor's office for special tasks. • Leading preliminary proceedings (including supervision and instruction of the police) • Conducting criminal investigations (case management). • Bringing charges and personal representation of charges in court • Issuing penal orders, discontinuation, non-prosecution and suspension orders. • Lodging appeals • Case-related instruction, support and control of the work results of professionally subordinate persons <br /> Your profile <br /> • Lawyer's or Bern notary patent • Professional experience in the judiciary or in advocacy, preferably as a public prosecutor • Technical understanding (preferably further training in the IT sector) • Teamwork and assertiveness • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills for processing complex cases <br /> What we offer You can rightly assume that the canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions.
