On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Building Foreman (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will supervise the teams on the construction sites, ensuring coordination with the technicians and organization of daily work. • You will guarantee the quality of the work execution, respecting deadlines and safety standards. • You will plan the material and human resources necessary for each project. • You will be in charge of managing the supply of materials and equipment. • You will ensure that the achievements comply with the plans and technical specifications. • You will ensure administrative monitoring of the construction sites, including writing reports and minutes. Your profile: • You have confirmed experience as a foreman in the building sector in Switzerland. • You master the reading of plans and construction techniques. • You are able to manage a team, motivate and coordinate collaborators on site. • You are rigorous, organized and have good communication skills. • You are flexible and able to adapt to the requirements of different construction sites. • You have good knowledge of environmental and safety standards in force. • You live less than 1h15 from Neuchâtel or are willing to relocate.
