Your tasks

You are responsible for the timely production planning/control and schedule monitoring of the daily operational business in the order center and ensure the quality and service requirements of our customers. You prepare calculations as well as post-calculations of the manufacturing orders and process inquiries from the sales department. Your activity also includes the processing and cooperation in the forwarding area (recording forwarding/delivery documents, loading list as well as ensuring daily forwarding via truck, post or Cargo Domizil). Furthermore, you work closely every day with our main location Niederglatt, maintain an active exchange of information with all adjacent departments and take over the deputy role within the team.

Your profile

You have a basic technical training in the field of CNC machining as well as a commercial flair. You are proficient with numbers and IT and are a skilled PC user, possess good organizational skills and can plan proactively. You are characterized by an exact, efficient and structured way of working, have a high resilience and very good German skills in spoken and written form.
