Specialist Physician / Senior Physician Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Zug

Outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry with purpose: You accompany young people where early support makes the greatest difference. In Baar, Canton Zug, we are looking for a Senior Physician for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at a workload of 80–100 % for an outpatient competence center, starting immediately or by arrangement. An interdisciplinary team from medicine, psychology, and administration awaits you, which ensures the outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care of children and adolescents up to 18 years.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• You independently undertake child and adolescent psychiatric assessments as well as psychotherapeutic and pharmacotherapeutic treatments
• You hold the senior physician case responsibility in the outpatient setting
• You undertake the supervision and professional guidance of assistant physicians and psychologists
• You work interdisciplinary with the multiprofessional team as well as with referrers and external institutions
• You contribute to the conceptual further development of the outpatient offering

What you bring with you

• Specialist title for child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy or an equivalent title
• Sound clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, at least level C1
