YOUR PROFILE

Several years of experience in managing construction projects, ideally in structural or civil engineering
Structural draftsman with practical experience in the field of structural engineering
Construction technician HF/TS, construction manager HF/TS, or architect FH
Construction management experience as well as training/further education in Switzerland
Fluent German in spoken and written form
High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
Independent and solution-oriented way of working, organizational skills and assertiveness
Driving license class B

Cost planning (Messerli BauAD)
Tendering and procurement (Messerli BauAD)
Order and contract management, works and warranty acceptance, reporting as well as project administration
Coordination and implementation of work on the construction site
Close cooperation with architects, specialist planners and contractors
Responsibility for the acceptance of construction services and defect management
