175 students are taught at Schule Lauterbrunnental from kindergarten or basic level up to the ninth grade at our three locations in Wengen, Lauterbrunnen and Mürren. At all three locations, day schools and school social work complement the school offering. In the pre-school area, the municipality of Lauterbrunnen organizes playgroups and a daycare center. Our school motto: Our school has set a goal: We want to experience our home with all our senses. Together with the children, we go out, discover the special features of our surroundings, ask questions, research and wonder.

Tasks ###

In the IF area, we value resource-oriented and student-centered promotion: We orient ourselves towards the interests and strengths of the students in order to be able to support them successfully. The goal is to accompany the students increasingly towards self-directed, intrinsically motivated learning, towards the unfolding of potential and towards independence. - You teach at least one half-day each in Lauterbrunnen and Mürren. - You accompany students with learning and behavioral difficulties in class or separately in small groups. - You perceive the child holistically and respond to their needs. - You adapt the learning material, in consultation with the LP, to the individual needs of the students (amount, presentation, content, etc.) or prepare corresponding learning material yourself. - You develop individual methods in the areas of learning and behavioral strategies together with the students. - You can reflect on your work with the students, adapt it to the current situation and provide a professional report on this orally or in writing. - You work closely with the administrative IF management and the KLP regarding the diagnostics and promotion of the students. - You conduct tests (Basis Math, SLRTII) with the students. - You participate in location meetings with the parents. - You participate in the IF team meetings and the special lessons meetings.

Requirements ###

• You have training as a school special education teacher or comparable training. - You enjoy working independently and in a team. - You are open to responding to the needs of the students and bring your pedagogical interest and creativity to the promotion.
