For our Qualicoat certified coating plant, we are looking for an experienced person with joy in AVOR and in production planning.

Your tasks

• Order preparation (AVOR) from proALPHA (paint control station) and Profillog with appropriate priority, batch formation and optimal color sequence
• Coordination of sequences and priorities with upstream departments
• Information of customers in case of Q-problems, delays, etc.
• Feedback of operational data into the ERP system
• Ensuring material availability (powder, operating and auxiliary materials) based on the forecasted demand using the ERP system (proALPHA)
• Order and process processing according to internal instructions and the process manual using the internal systems (proALPHA, error management, etc.)
• Continuous improvement of order processing and processes regarding quality, adherence to deadlines, flexibility as well as economic efficiency

Your profile

• Very good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Experience in production operations, preferably in production planning desirable
• Good knowledge in order planning/control
• Knowledge of automated powder coating is an advantage
• Proficient use of MS-Office and ERP programs
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Organizational talent with a cool head
• High quality mindset
