Workshop Manager / Motor Equipment Mechanic (100%)

Your tasks:

• Technical and organizational management of the workshop
• Service, repair, and maintenance work on motor equipment, robotic mowers, small machines, and other devices
• Diagnosis and rectification of technical malfunctions
• Planning and coordination of workshop orders
• Leadership and support of employees as well as apprentices
• Expert advice and technical support for our customers
• Ensuring quality, order, and occupational safety in the workshop
• Spare parts management and material orders

Your profile:

• Completed training as a motor equipment mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and employee leadership
• Good organizational skills and sense of responsibility
