Your responsibilities • Organize and supervise the assembly, modification, and disassembly of scaffolding. • Supervise a team of assemblers and ensure the proper distribution of tasks. • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and safety rules. • Control the conformity of installations before their handover to the client. • Ensure the follow-up of construction sites in collaboration with management and other stakeholders. • Ensure the good condition of the equipment provided. Your profile • Confirmed experience in the field of scaffolding (minimum 2 years), with experience as a team leader. • Good knowledge of the safety standards in force in Switzerland. • Sense of organization, autonomy, and team spirit. • Ability to manage a team and to make decisions on the construction site. • Category B driving license indispensable.
