We work in an environment where people develop, learn new skills, and create great things.Your OpportunityExperience Architecture & Business TranslationYou translate business requirements and strategic specifications precisely into sustainable experience concepts and harmonious event flowsYou combine design, storytelling, and substantive content into a seamless overall experience for the participantsTrend Scouting & Future ViabilityYou continuously scout current as well as future trends, innovations, and elements of a perfect event experience and contribute this knowledge profitably to our formatsEnd-to-End operative execution & implementation:You take over full operative planning, organization, and successful execution of events - live on-site (on- & offsite), hybrid, and virtual.You manage project management: You create and monitor detailed schedules and timelines, prioritize tasks, and manage the event budget independently and reliablyStakeholder Intelligence & Partner ManagementYou act as the central, strategic contact person for all stakeholders and manage expectations confidentlyWith your stakeholder intelligence and your strong negotiation skills, you convince internal and external partners and service providers of the chosen experience elements and ensure that everyone is pulling in the same directionWho you areSeveral years of experience in the conception and design of event experiences (ideally from the environment of creative/event agencies, brand experience, or strategic event management).You have a deep understanding of event design, customer/guest experience, and storytellingYou convince through excellent organizational talent, stakeholder intelligence, and strong negotiation skills - also in complex matrix organizations and towards external service providersYou are empathetic, authentic, positive, motivating, persistent, and of course a team playerSolution orientation is your top priorityYour way of working shows a high degree of independence, initiative, and integrityYou are open and motivated towards changes in everyday workYou feel comfortable in a team that works together in an open, transparent, helpful, and human (listening/feedback) way at all timesYou have a high affinity for systems & toolsVery good German and English skills round off your profile - additional foreign language skills are an advantageHave we aroused your interest, apply now!
