Your tasks:

• Independent processing of monthly payroll
• Support and processing of all administrative payroll processes
• Maintenance and control of personnel, payroll, and time management data
• Processing of entries, exits, and changes
• Processing of social insurance, withholding taxes, and other payroll-relevant topics
• Contact person for employees regarding questions about wages and social insurance
• Support of employees and inquiries in German and Italian
• Cooperation with internal HR departments as well as external authorities and insurance companies

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training, ideally with further training in the area of HR or payroll
• Several years of practical experience in Swiss payroll accounting / payroll
• Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labor law
• Very good German skills as well as good Italian skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with common HR/payroll systems
• Exact, reliable, and discreet way of working
• Independent and service-oriented personality
