You ensure that our timber construction projects are implemented not only with technical precision, but also on schedule and resource-efficiently. You take responsibility for controlling the work processes, the quality assurance of our BIM models, and the technical leadership of your colleagues. You are the first point of contact for operative decisions and guarantee that our high standards in Archicad are lived daily. Your field of activity As the direct contact person for your team, you are available for technical and organizational questions. You take over the integration of apprentices into everyday work and work closely with vocational trainers and practical trainers in the process. You ensure compliance with internal standards (CAD specifications, processes) as well as external norms (SIA). Workflows are identified by you and improvements are initiated. The coordination of interfaces within the department with other team leaders is within your area of responsibility. Your person We expect from you a completed vocational apprenticeship as a structural draughtsman or technician EFZ specialization architecture. You bring proven leadership qualities.
