Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe (Senior) Patient Partnership Manager is an expert and primary contact person for collaboration with patient representatives, patient organizations, and patients. As a key position, this function ensures that the patient perspective is heard in all strategic and business-relevant decisions of the company.In this position, you will support patient representatives and organizations in defined focus indications. You will be significantly involved in the establishment, maintenance, and expansion of networks and relationships and will also maintain contacts with opinion leaders in healthcare.The OpportunitySupporting patient representatives and organizations in the area of Neurology & Ophthalmology, establishing and maintaining networks as well as expanding existing relationships with patient representatives and organizations.Maintaining contacts with important actors in healthcare to drive patient-centered topics.Active integration of the patient opinion into strategic and business-relevant activities of the team as well as the entire organization.Development and coordination of innovative activities with patient representatives, from the creation of materials to events and social media concepts.Ensuring compliance with the highest compliance standards and correct processing of contracts, donations, and budgets with patient organizations.Co-responsibility for providing qualified input to international teams to exchange national concepts and experiences.Who you areYou have completed a degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a PhD in Life Sciences and ideally have experience in Medical Affairs or the fields of neurology and ophthalmology.You have sound experience in establishing and maintaining partnerships with patient organizations and stakeholders in healthcare and ideally already bring an existing network.You speak fluent German and English; French language skills are an advantage.You possess very good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and strong project management skills.You have a high affinity for new communication media, work in a solution-oriented manner, navigate complex structures, and are an absolute team player.
