Your tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of the employees in assembly
• Responsibility for capacity, schedule, and deployment planning
• Ensuring quality, occupational safety, productivity, and adherence to deadlines
• Active promotion of Lean Management, KVP
• Further development of employees and ensuring know-how transfer
• Optimization and digitalization of assembly processes
• Control and analysis of relevant production and assembly key figures
• Planning of maintenance, equipment, and investments
• Technical support for internal and external bodies as well as participation in design reviews

Your profile

• Technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further training HF, Process Specialist, or comparable
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial assembly or production environment
• Strong technical understanding, ideally in the machine, plant, or precision sector
• Experience with Lean, KVP, and continuous process improvement
• Good knowledge of production, capacity, and resource planning
• Entrepreneurial thinking and good understanding of costs and productivity
• High IT and digitalization affinity
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
