To strengthen our team, we are looking for a team-oriented, motivated personality with a passion for sales - ideally in the environment of the stainless steel or metal industry - starting immediately or by arrangement. You will competently advise our customers in the field of industrial metals with a focus on stainless steel. Active support and advice for customers in the area of stainless steel semi-finished products Development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships Competent, solution-oriented processing of customer inquiries Creation, tracking, and follow-up of offers Continuous monitoring of agreed delivery dates Expeditious handling of complaints and returns Active cooperation with the field service Recognition of further market potential and acquisition of new customers Regular exchange of market and product information with the responsible product managers Independent purchasing for back-to-back transactions What do you bring to the position? Technical basic training or commercial basic training with technical understanding of industrial metals with a focus on stainless steel Several years of professional experience in trade and in the metal industry High affinity in dealing with IT systems (e.g., MS Dynamics 365, CRM or similar), good MS Office knowledge; Excel knowledge mandatory Very good German skills, French and Italian skills are an advantage Independent, exact, and expeditious way of working, combined with teamwork and enjoyment in dealing with people Why should you choose the -family?
