Construction Manager Construction Manager (80–100%) As a generalist office, we accompany our projects from the first sketch to their realization. In order to strengthen our team for the monitoring of large-scale public projects, we are looking for a construction manager. Your missions Supervise and coordinate construction sites, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality. Ensure the technical and administrative monitoring of projects. Prepare measurements and tenders. Participate in site meetings and write the minutes. Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations. Manage unforeseen events and propose suitable solutions. Your profile HES, EPF diploma or training deemed equivalent, preferably. Proven experience in construction management, ideally in Switzerland. Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards and administrative procedures. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with autonomy and rigor. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project; knowledge of Messerli is an asset. Sense of organization, team spirit, and adaptability. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
