Your tasks

• Deputy for the Head of Quality and Process Management
• Participation in the further development of the integrated process, quality and risk management system
• Planning, management and support of quality and process optimization projects
• Support for clinics, institutes and directorates in the analysis, optimization and standardization of processes
• Further development of clinical and company-wide risk management
• Implementation of risk workshops as well as monitoring of measures for risk reduction
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of audits, certifications, inspections
• Development and monitoring of quality indicators as well as creation of reports and presentations for various management levels
• Feedback management
• Promotion of a sustainable quality and safety culture throughout the entire company
• Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

• University degree in healthcare
• Further education in quality, process and/or risk management is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in quality, process or risk management, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in managing projects and interdisciplinary working groups
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and advisory competence
• High social competence, persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
