You are responsible for creating the energy bills from grid and PV electricity for the consumers in multi-family houses and commercial properties throughout Switzerland

These are your tasks

• You are responsible for creating the energy bills from grid and PV electricity for the consumers in multi-family houses and commercial properties throughout Switzerland
• Within your own area of responsibility, you process the collection process from the interim invoice to the annual statement
• You manage accounts receivable and the dunning process
• You also manage the payment transactions regarding electricity costs (accounts payable)
• You support the team in creating the consumption-dependent energy and service charge statements
• You perform general administrative tasks and support the department head

What you bring with you

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a technical apprenticeship with further commercial training or several years of office experience
• You bring experience in accounting
• Professional experience in the collection area is an advantage
• You have proficient German skills in speaking and writing
• Good French and/or Italian skills are very welcome
• Good understanding of IT processes
• High communication and teamwork skills characterize you
• Polished manners, reliability, and an exact way of working complement your profile
