ABA Amriswil is a socially oriented business close to the economy with a diverse range of living, working, and training places. In a central location in Amriswil, we offer around 150 jobs, approximately 100 living places, and 20 training places for people with a disability.

For our gastronomy, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a
Cook (80-100%)

In a small team, you are responsible for the preparation of meals and diet meals for our residents, our staff, and guests.

Tasks

• Mise en Place and preparation of meals and diet meals
• Implementation of medically prescribed dietary measures, nutritional guidelines
• Accompanying/promoting the assigned employees
• Compliance with quality and hygiene regulations according to HACCP
• Participation in gastro events

Requirements

• Cook
• Professional experience in communal catering
• Teamwork skills, high quality awareness
• Strong social competence
