Team leadership and development: you lead and develop the skills of technicians and site managers. Technical support: you ensure the necessary technical support for the team to guarantee efficient and professional intervention. Intervention management: you organize interventions and guarantee the contractual scope in GMAO, while verifying the application of maintenance plans via the GMAO. Management of outsourcing: you effectively manage the outsourcing and transversal services of your sector. Reporting: you regularly monitor your activity with your direct manager. Customer communication: you are the main point of contact with the client, you report on the execution of the contract and ensure customer satisfaction. Continuous improvement: you propose improvements to optimize performance, operation, and customer service, with a particular emphasis on health, safety, and environment (H.S.E). Contract management: you ensure rigorous monitoring of contracts in collaboration with the various company services (Energy Efficiency service, sales) and you are guarantors of business profitability What characterizes you. You hold a degree in the field of climate engineering or training deemed equivalent. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland. You have a perfect command of IT tools and GMAO. You demonstrate interpersonal ease and natural leadership. Here is what we offer you.
