What you will learn with us and what you can achieve

• HR administrative processes such as time tracking, management of personnel changes, social insurances, etc.
• Working with process management software and insight into the management of a digital company
• Responsibility in specific projects for the continuous development of the company - these will be discussed with you and can be increased progressively. You can bring your ideas and will be supported for their successful implementation. We encourage you to work autonomously and goal-oriented
• Accompanying our employees and taking their concerns into account
• Insight into other departments - as a replacement, you bring variety to everyday life

What you bring

• Strong IT affinity - you like working with modern software and are not afraid to learn new things
• You like working in the office and are proficient in efficient work on PC/laptop
• You are organized, reliable, and like to work in a structured manner
• Joy and interest in HR topics
• Openness to learning - even outside of HR
• Good knowledge of German
• Initial experience in HR is an advantage, but not mandatory
