In this position, you are responsible for the sustainable expansion of the "Wound-Care business" in the homecare sector. You strengthen the use and establishment of our products for the treatment of chronic wounds among the various actors (Spitex organizations, doctors, wound outpatient clinics, KOL, etc.) and ensure dynamic growth of this business area.
Your task includes the recording of market mechanisms as well as the development and implementation of effective initiatives for them. You define and implement targeted measures to establish our products for modern wound care among the relevant target groups, also utilizing digital activities. You focus strongly on the commercial implementation in the market, continuously develop the activities further, and scale them together with the team. Thanks to convincing "selling and communication skills", a hands-on mentality, and a deep professional understanding, you succeed in convincing customers and partners of our product concepts and effectively engaging with the market mechanisms.
As a team player, you work with enthusiasm with internal and external interface partners and drive development forward. The interdisciplinary team (Sales, Marketing, Digital, Group Division) supports you in all these tasks and looks forward to meeting you!
Competencies:
Dipl. Wundexpert:in SAfW or comparable knowledge
Experience in the homecare/Spitex landscape in Switzerland, knowledge of market mechanisms, and a good sense of customer needs
Strong "selling & commercial skills" with drive and passion, as well as a solution-oriented hands-on mentality
Good conceptual skills, "fast learner", agile and resilient, to effectively drive and implement projects and initiatives
Proficient German as well as good English skills (oral and written), knowledge of French is an advantage
