Your field of activity

• In this role, you will take on the personnel and technical leadership of a construction team and ensure goal-oriented, structured cooperation
• With your technical expertise, you will accompany and support your team with constructive challenges in timber construction
• You are responsible for the planning as well as the resource planning of your team and ensure efficient utilization
• You will shape the further development of the department with foresight and contribute innovatively with new ideas
• In close cooperation, you will support the project managers for timber construction in constructive and organizational matters

Your foundation

• With further training in timber construction (e.g., Holzbaupolierin, Technikerin HF or Holzbauingenieur*in or similar) and sound constructive knowledge, you possess a solid professional foundation
• You enjoy dealing with people and initial experience in a leadership role distinguishes you
• You convince in everyday life with your solution-oriented and flexible way of working as well as high initiative
• You act proactively, think ahead, and contribute innovatively to our processes and structures
