Agricultural Machinery Mechanic for Assembly and Maintenance with Leadership Responsibility

Activity + Perform assembly and maintenance work on combustion systems of waste-to-energy plants throughout Switzerland + Carefully prepare tools and materials for overhaul assignments + Independently implement assembly orders on construction sites + Take over leadership tasks of an assembly team after initial training + Coordinate workflows on site and directly support customers and project managers • Requirements + Completed vocational training in the metal sector or as an agricultural machinery/truck mechanic available + Bring experience in assembly, preferably in plant or power plant construction + Technical understanding combined with teamwork skills and customer-oriented behavior + Willingness for longer assembly assignments of 2 to 3 weeks + Possess basic knowledge in MS-Office • Offer + Perspective for gradual further development to chief mechanic after intensive training + Secure job in an expanding and future-oriented company + Diverse and varied projects with a collegial team and short decision-making paths
