Junior Bauleiter 80-100% (m/w) - Flumserei

Your field of activity

You will work closely with an experienced Bauleiter who will introduce you to the tasks and accompany you in your development. With increasing experience, you will take on more responsibility in the following areas:

• Control of execution with regard to costs, quality and deadlines
• Coordination and leadership of the participating contractors as well as ensuring a smooth construction process
• Control and monitoring of execution - from scheduling and tenders to successful handover
• Contractor negotiations, construction and coordination meetings as well as acceptances
• Control of the execution planning and ensuring quality specifications on the construction site
• Development of economical and practice-oriented solutions together with the project team

What you bring with you

• Solid technical or manual training, for example as a Zeichner, Maurer, Zimmermann or Polier
• Interest in construction execution and motivation to develop towards Bauleitung, ideally supplemented by initial practical experience on the construction site
• Enjoyment of organizational and administrative tasks as well as a good understanding of numbers, especially for cost control and construction accounting
• Good user knowledge of common software and interest in digital working methods
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working as well as the willingness to take on responsibility
• Enjoyment of working with different project participants as well as very good oral and written German skills
