Job description ##

• Preparation, cutting, processing and packaging of meats according to quality standards
• Development of charcuterie products according to recipes and hygiene standards in force
• Rigorous control of the quality of finished products
• Strict compliance with hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP)
• Work in shift schedules (2x8 or according to rotation in place)

• CFC as butcher-charcutier or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good physical condition and taste for teamwork
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and rigor
