Enhance the skills and social roles of the people welcomed, while ensuring their physical and psychological well-being. Develop and monitor individualized projects, in collaboration with the beneficiaries and the team. Collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner with internal and external partners. Actively participate in delegations and institutional life. Your profile: Social educator diploma ES/HES, CFC Assistant socio-éducatif or training deemed equivalent. Experience in supporting people with disabilities. Interest and skills in supporting people presenting with ASD as well as psychological issues. Ability to work autonomously while promoting teamwork. Dynamism, creativity, flexibility, and good interpersonal skills. Ease with administrative tasks related to the position. Driving license required.
