Accounting Manager 60/80%

For our client, a fine SME holding several companies in the digital field and located in Morges, we are looking for an Accounting Manager for a CDI between 60/80%. Quick start in early autumn.
Accounting Manager 60/80%
Reporting to the Group CFO, your missions will be to manage the entire accounting of the group's companies as well as produce payrolls. Analytical skills will also need to be implemented.
More specifically:

• Complete accounting cycle up to closing for 1 or more entities spread across 2 different cantons
• Preparation of financial statements, being the point of contact with auditors
• Support for an administrative person and control of AP, AR
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT accounting
• Payroll management process from A to Z, social security charge statements
• HR part: management of arrivals / departures ...
• Support in the cleaning and structuring of the accounting
• Participation in the improvement of IT tools

We are looking for a person with:

• 5 years of experience in accounting - multi-entities with an HR part and payroll management
• Experience in a project-mode company and experience in a fiduciary are strong assets
• Salary: 85/95K CHF on 100% - position on-site in Morges between 60/80% with some travel to be expected to companies in the group
