Building Technician Sanitary EFZ 100 % \- You ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and upkeep of sanitary systems. \- You coordinate external service providers and ensure smooth cooperation with internal contact persons as well as the product team. \- You are responsible for the permanent availability of technical systems (e.g., water treatment such as softening plants and reverse osmosis, pumps, emergency showers, sprinkler systems). \- You carry out repair and small assembly work independently and process service desk orders professionally and efficiently. \- You plan and undertake technical inspections, document your assignments, and initiate appropriate measures in the event of malfunctions. \- You work closely and collegially with specialists from different technical disciplines. \- You perform on-call service, participate in the alarm group, and contribute actively to a safe and trouble-free operation. \- You have completed vocational training in the field of sanitary, building technology, or a comparable technical education. \- You bring experience in the operation and maintenance of technical infrastructure systems and ideally already have knowledge in the maintenance area or the motivation to develop yourself specifically. \- You work independently, structured, and reliably and take responsibility for your tasks. \- You value the exchange with different stakeholders and convince through your open and professional communication. \- You have good IT user skills and use digital work tools securely in everyday work. \- You are willing to perform on-call service, possess a category B driver's license, and are ready to actively live our high safety standards. \- You bring the willingness to deal intensively with the HVACR field and to specifically expand your knowledge there.  \- Wide range of internal development opportunities \- Employee celebrations and appreciation programs \- Attractive own ISS Schweiz pension fund \- Inexpensive mobile subscriptions from Swisscom for the whole family \- Personnel offer platform with attractive discounts and special conditions \- Structured onboarding in the initial phase
